Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of shopomilia.com (the "Site") and your purchase of digital products from Omilia Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

Products

We sell digital products including, but not limited to, Adobe Lightroom presets in XMP format. All products are delivered electronically as instant downloads after purchase. Product descriptions, compatibility information, and preset counts are listed on each product page.

Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit and debit cards. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information at the time of purchase.

Digital License

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the digital products. This license permits you to:

• Use the presets in your own photography and creative work
• Modify the presets for your own personal use
• Apply the presets to an unlimited number of your own photos

This license does not permit you to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the preset files
• Include the presets in products sold or distributed to others
• Claim authorship of the presets
• Upload the preset files to any file-sharing platform

Violation of these license terms may result in revocation of your license without refund.

Refund Policy

Digital downloads are non-returnable once files have been accessed. If you experience confirmed file corruption or a technical issue that prevents the presets from functioning, contact support@shopomilia.com and we will resolve it.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including product designs, images, text, logos, and preset files, is the intellectual property of Omilia Inc. and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. Your purchase grants you a license to use the products as described above; it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omilia Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any products purchased through the Site. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for that product.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
